• We love you but we must use non-contact greeting methods. So no hugs or handshakes unfortunately.
• Please use the sanitising gel provided to clean hands before starting the treatment.
• Please wear a face mask before entering into the salon and keep wearing it for the duration of the treatments.
• We will increase ventilation in the salon. This means that the door will be open, so we apologize if the temperature is lower than normal.
• No food or drink will be permitted onto the premises.
• You must come alone to your appointment. No friends or family members will be permitted.
• Access to waiting areas may not be possible so please arrive as close as possible to your appointment time.
• All personal items such as phone and keys should be kept in your bag whilst on the premises.
• Toilets strictly staff only until further notice, accessible to elderly and pregnant.
